Beginning January 3rd, we have 2 major policy changes. Our studio is constantly growing and changing and with that we must also institute changes that allow us to have a business that works for both you our client and for us.
Our current Ordering Appointment policy is:
- You can review your photos in studio
- Your photos are available to review after 24 hours and place your order
- In certain cases, we allow online ordering appointments
- You must review your photos in studio
- Your photos are available to review after 24 hours and place your order
- Under no circumstance, will we place photos online to review.
Our current Holiday Appointment policy is:
- Our 30 minute photo sessions are no fee sessions
- You must confirm your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time
- Cancellations should be made as soon as possible
In the past year, we have seen an increase of last minute cancellations or not showing up to appointments. We want to do best by you our clients and make sure that during our busiest times all available appointments are fully bookable. We also want continue to offer our photo sessions at no fee.
Our new policy will be:
- Our 30 minute photos sessions will continue to be no fee sessions
- During peak holiday weekends, we will require a deposit to hold your session time
- You must confirm your appointment at least 48 hours before your appointment time
- Cancellations should be made 48 hours before your appointment time
- Your deposit will be applied towards any package purchased and can be refunded up to 48 hours before your appoinment time.
We, of course, are super understanding to sick children and other emergencies and can allow you to reschedule your appointment in these instances.
